Products allowed

There are already few products forbidden in this phase of weight loss, and their absence is tolerated quite calmly.First of all, it's sugar and fructose.At the beginning of "stabilization", the body fainted with sweets and simply does not need to get used to it again.

When choosing allowed dishes, the following rules should be followed:

  • Vegetables can be consumed in any quantity;
